7 Day Return Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in their original packaging with the original proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt using the returns form included within your parcel.
For Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt; we will arrange a retrieval from the same delivery location or advise you to drop off at our Courier Partner Hubs. Other states will have to drop off at our Courier Partner’s Hubs.
There are 3 ways to return your items to us:

Call the customer care line on +2348166286454 and quote the order number to be directed on how to return your item
Send an email to Glammedbykayinabdul@gmail.com quoting the order number to arrange a return
When we receive your return?
Once we receive the returned item, a quality check will be conducted to confirm that the item is still in good condition.
If confirmed to be in good condition a voucher worth the cost of the returned item (excluding shipping fee) will be credited to your account for you to purchase another item on https://kanyinabdul.com on your next shopping.
If you choose the option of cash, your account will be credited within 72 hours
When your return item does not pass the quality check
If your item does not pass our quality check, you will be notified immediately, and the item will be returned to your shipping address or the hub where you picked up the item for free.
Please allow 7 days for Lagos and 14 days for orders outside Lagos for the item to be returned to you from the date of the retrieval
Exchanges
To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund.
We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
